I have been working in stained glass for over 30 years creating glass art for a multitude of clients. With their many styles, ideas and challenges, I’ve taken on many projects that others would have said would be too difficult or impossible. I've always loved a challenge. As a result, my work in glass has become very versatile and varied. I love the beauty of lead lines enhancing the art glass project rather than working with lines that have to be used to make the project cutable.
I was always involved with art. My mother was an artist.  As a child I as drawing for school newspapers, Girl Scout functions, portraits for fellow students, creating mosaics and toll painting furniture for sale out of my mother’s store.
In my 20’s I was in sales and management for many various companies and decided to go back to my art. I was talked into a stained glass class and I was hooked. Over the years I continued to add to my abilities with sandcarving, beveling, airbrushing, fusing and laminating.
In my travels overseas, I have learned to enjoy art from all types of cultures.  My work is influenced by many of the things I’ve seen and my faith in my Lord. I love to find details and surprises in life and when I can, include them in my work.
